Format

Cast and phenomenon-chain share the coupling rule from the Coupling Engine: capacity = level ± type attunement, demand = archetype cost + 1 if non-actual, growth is the single band where demand exceeds capacity by exactly one. Relation edges are read off the interaction table in the Archetype Grammar, with a generic reading supplied for any pair not on that table. Switching Format renarrates the identical roll in a different register — it does not reroll anything. Roll Cast makes new people; Roll Story keeps them and makes a new phenomenon-chain.
